SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Please allow Urban Suite T's three (3) business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and business closure days.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE STANDARD MAIL SHIPPING

All Standard shipments will take approximately 3-4 business days. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
​
You may incur additional charges via an international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Urban Suite T's shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country. We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required and custom fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research customs fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you can pick up your packages. If your package is being held by customs, it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Urban Suite T's is NOT responsible for any delivery delays caused by lost, stolen, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid delays in your order delivery date. Urban Suite T's is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Due to your package being standard shipping, it automatically is covered with $50 of insurance. Please file a claim at usps.com.
RETURN-TO-SENDER +
REFUSED PACKAGES

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
RESERVED RIGHTS
REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at urbansuitets@gmail.com. Once we have received your request, we will contact you to address and resolve the issue within forty-eight (48) hours.
